Ready or not?

I think we are ready for this little peanut to make it's debut! The closer it gets the more I realize am I really ready? :) Sunday cannot come fast enough! I have finished sewing the carseat covers and some blankets, and will finish the room after we know what it is :) Thank you to all my friends that have given me things and helped me out, I am so grateful! I will finish cleaning up tomorrow and then it's off to find out if we will be bringing home a Callaway or Kambri!

painting fun

Why is it the messiest things are the most fun?

39 weeks 5 days

Big Sister

Hard to believe in 4 days this little Sister will become a BIG SISTER! This baby is so lucky to be coming into a family with 2 extra little Mommies to help out. It makes me smile watching her play with her baby dolls. Sophie will put them to sleep in the funniest places, the fireplace, boxes, under chairs, and then look at me with her finger to her mouth and say "Shh shh babies sleeping!" then she will pat them and say "Nighty night, love you!" She is such a good Mommy, I mean if she can take care of 3 babies, 1 will be a piece of cake!

Best surprise!!

A few weeks ago I came home from getting my hair done and to my surprise a knock at the door would turn out to be my bestie Ashlee!!! I was so excited, since we hardly get to see each other anymore, dang kids, jobs, time ext. We had a fun weekend catching up, swimming, and of course eating! Poor Tate wasn't feeling good we thought he had a hernia but it turned out to be an infected lymphnoid he had surgery on when they got home. We miss you guys already! I stole these from Ash since I forgot my camera battery :(

24th of July

Our 24th was pretty laid back, Washington County usually has the best fireworks but this year didn't have them, I was so sad I loved going to them. Since nothing else was really going on and TJ had to work most the day I decided to take the kids to the parade. I am not really a parade person and HATE getting up early. The parade was in Hunter's words, interesting. It was basically a few Wards that dressed up and some had themes walking down the street, the mayor, firetrucks, police cars, and a few people throwing candy. 30 minutes later it was over, the kids got like 15 pieces of candy which Sophie sneaked most of it. We won't be getting up to do that again lol. The rest of the day we played and then had a movie night.

Stitches day 3

We had to change the bandage on Hunter's fingers and it's healing pretty well. His middle finger still has a major bruise on the knuckle and it's kinda flat but the stitches look good. Now he just has to splint the ring finger and in 7 days take the stitches out!

Today a friend invited us to the river but we couldn't go, when I got off the phone Brielle said "We could leave Hunter home, we shouldn't have to suffer the consequences because of Hunter's stupidity!"

Baby update

Last week I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced this week I am 2 cm 75-80% effaced. Stupid body doesn't go past 2 cm on it's own I swear! I thought for sure I was close Sunday, I lost my plug and all night had contractions but they didn't hurt or get consistant and I could sleep for a bit and not be bothered. Monday I felt like crap and my body literally emptied itself so I thought for sure something would happen but nope! It's funny this is my 4th child but I have never gone into labor on my own, not that I let my body go past 39 weeks lol. My Dr leaves Saturday until the 31st so hopefully the baby cooks until August 1st, I wouldn't mind someone else delivering but honestly I love my Dr. he is amazing! He has delivered both the girls and they came out like butter and I know it's because he takes time and does such a good job. He was telling me today he would be heartbroken if he didn't deliver me so I better cross my legs all week. As I was making my appointment his nurse was talking to me and said the first 4 years he wouldn't go on vacation far away he would stay around just in case someone went into labor, he still hates leaving and gets so upset if someone else has to deliver one of his patients. I thought that was so sweet, he is such a caring Dr. I always get a personal call if I question something and he has always called a few days after I have had my babies to check on me. Dr. Lunt is the best!

Crafts

Since it's hot and Hunter can't swim we had a craft day! I made some fabric bows and a few baby blankets, Tj said the zebra and green one was girly but I disagree! Brielle made a purse out of scraps. She did a pretty good job considering it was her first time using the sewing machine.

Cats

TJ once again won tickets to Tuacahn so we went and saw Cats! It was really good, it wasn't my favorite but they did a great job and the lady who sang Memory was amazing, definitely the highlight of the show! We had fun eating lemonade icee's and snowcones in the 110 degree heat. It wasn't too bad since Tuacahn's set back in the canyon and there was a cool breeze every now and then, but I still swell up like a marshmallow. I thought it was funny everyone would look at me and take a second look and ask if I was okay. I said I will be in a week and a half and they all said hope you don't have a baby here! I said I was hoping I would so I could get free tickets!

Sick of Dr's!

I swear this is the summer of Dr's visits! Hunter was playing at a friends house and stuck his hand in a stationary bike wheel while his friend was peddling. It looked pretty bad so I took him to instacare and luckily it wasn't broken but he did get 4 stitches! It was awful, I had to hold him down and he looked at me while they were giving him the numbing shots, it broke my heart to have him in pain but hopefully he learned his lesson. So no swimming for 2 weeks and he has a nice splint so the stitches won't open, lovely!

Kolob

My parents took the kids up to their land in Kolob, they had so much fun catching horny toads and running around wild. Thanks Mom and Dad :)
