Graduation

Ashley's white coat ceremony was really neat, all of the speeches were amazing and heartfelt. We are so proud of Ash, she has worked so hard and sacrificed so much to get here and we're so glad we could watch her officially become a Physicians Assistant! Woot woot! I can still kick her butt though :)

Montana part 1

We were spoiled and got to fly to Montana for my sister's graduation and wedding! The kids were so excited to fly, that's all they talked about for weeks! We woke up early and drove to Las Vegas and barely made it to our first flight, we were walking towards the gate and all the sudden I realize the announcement over the intercom was about us! "Bentley party of 6, please report to gate A36" We made it though, sat down and a minute later took off! The kids did well on the airplane, both flights were around 1 1/2 hours. The last 15 minutes Sophie would get restless and hated putting her belt back on but other than that we survived! On our first plane to Denver Sophie sat by me and I had Callaway in the sling, she was jumping on the seat, coloring on the window and didn't want to put her belt on. TJ gets really sick so he puts his eye shades on, listens to his ipod, and lays on a pillow trying not to move, so it's basically me and 5 children lol. The flight attendant came over and said "I know how you feel, my Mom had 11 kids and my Dad was a dead beat too." I just smiled and laughed to myself because everyone knows TJ is the furthest thing from a dead beat type. My favorite was the looks we got from people walking through the airport, you would think we were movie stars the way people were looking at us trucking through to our next flight.

Hungry hungry hippo

Nothing better than a sleeping baby, I love how they mold to you and let out their little Awww sounds.


This boy however would rather eat than sleep, for the past week he wakes up every 2 hours, hungry hungry hippo I call him.

Happy 50th Birthday Mom!

Today my beautiful Mom is turning the big 5-0! I really wish I could have thrown her a big party, because I love to plan parties, but since I just had a baby and my little Sister is getting married and graduating in Montana next week, there is no time for a party for just her. :(
For the past few months I have been scanning pictures of my childhood and it's been so much fun looking back at all our fun memories. I have been looking for the perfect gift for my Mom and Sister and finally found it. It may not be the most beautiful piece of jewelry but it has meaning. Looking back I realized we were always 3 peas in a pod, my Daddy's 3 girls, sure we went through our sassy toddler times, hormonal crazy teen years, and defiant college moments, but we were always there for each other no matter what.

Thank you Mom for always being there for me, you are my best friend and I love you so much. I really don't think I could thank you enough for everything you do for all of us. We love you so much!
Ashley, I am so proud of you and all that you have accomplished, I still think of you as my annoying little sister that I had to walk to class in elementary not graduating and getting married next week!
So each one of us a necklace and though we are miles apart most the time we will always be 3 peas in a pod! :)

Hunter played his best friend Auggie a few of his favorite songs he has been learning and then said "Do you wanna hear the remix?" Kids these days :)

2 weeks

Callaway is getting too big too fast, at two weeks he has gained 1lb 4oz and grown an inch! Putting him at 8lbs 4oz and 21 1/2 inches long. Our Dr. said I must have cream lol. He is so loved, everyday when Hunter gets home he has to hold him, this weekend he watched a movie and held him the entire time. Brielle and Sophie are his Mommies too, they love helping me with anything that has to do with him.

First Bath

Callaway's cord finally fell off so we gave him his first real bath and boy did he love it, he would scoot further down the seat into the deeper water, the kids thought it was so fun he was in the big bathtub lol. He was so relaxed he pooped and that was the end of that!

6 years

TJ and I have been married 6 years now!! It feels like so much longer to both of us but at the same time seems like yesterday. When I look back at all that has happened the last 6 years it's crazy how much we've changed, grown, and endured together. Life isn't always easy and we definitely have had our trials, but I am so thankful that TJ was and always will be my best friend. We always have a fun time together and I am so thankful he is as equally involved with our kids as I am. Since Hunter is in school now and we have a new bundle of joy, our anniversary celebration was a nice dinner at Samurai 21, we haven't been there in forever, so long we both forgot what we usually get :) TJ brought home a gift for both of us, an extra set of silverware, sounds silly but we were constantly running out of clean ones before the dishwasher was full, and with our huge family now we really needed it lol. Love you Monkey, so glad you're mine!

My friend Cecilie (www.cecilieott.come) took Callaway's pictures at 8 days old. I love them!! I am so thankful I have her in my life, not only does she have such a talent but she is always there for me and my family. She is truly beautiful inside and out! We love the Ott's and we're so gratefully to have them across the street!
