Memorial Weekend

My Sister, Ryan, and my parents came down for Memorial Day weekend and I sadly didn't take any pictures, I know shocking! We played and went and saw Pirates of the Carribean, which we all loved!


The past few times my parents have come down my Dad will go to Harmon's and pick out what he wants to eat, TJ cooks it and we all have dinner together, its a win win situation I think :)
We had steaks and corn on the cob one night, Salmon made 2 different ways the next, we also had a cake for Ryan and Ash. We ate like Kings all weekend!

We took Ash and Ryan to PF to pick out their birthday presents and then had Hunter practice pitching at the ball fields. We had a great time and I always hate when everyone has to go home!

Monday, we had a baseball game and the other team didn't show up! We were so mad but we had a family game of baseball and then a Dad brought his grill and we had a BBQ and then played some more! It was the perfect afternoon!

We still have 1 more week but we had our end of season Baseball/Tball party, PIZZA and WATERBASEBALL!!!! The kids had a blast and luckily it was HOT HOT HOT!!!

The kids were very entertained with all the fun in the sun! I had a umbrella over them but they kept moving into the sun.

Hunter's cute teacher made a scrapbook throughout the year of most the field trips they went on, it was so cute! I love how nervous he is to go to the new school next year, it will be good for him. Here are a few of my favorites

Father's and sons

Hunter and TJ went to his Dads Father's and Sons and ours, the girls were not happy about being left 2 weekends in a row! So now he has to take them camping overnight too lol.


They had a ton of fun, even though the truck, camper trailer, and battery jumpers batteries died. He got the camper trailer to work before it got dark and our neighbor jumped the truck in the morning and they got home safe and sound. Something always happens on those camp-outs! And of course the Moms have to cook, clean, wash, and pack.

Good Morning Kiss

Tj told me last night that every morning if he doesn't give Brielle a kiss goodbye before he leaves for work she calls him and tells him he forgot! I thought it was so funny and sweet, he always kisses me goodbye even though I am asleep most the time! :)

Kindergarten Graduate!!!

I cannot say enough about George Washington Academy, it's the best school with the best staff. Everyone really cares about the kids and their education. Brielle has learned so much and even does some of the same homework as Hunter and he is in 2nd grade!! She is reading like a pro, adding and subtracting, and they have art and music classes too. We have made the decision that Hunter will go there next year too. I know it will be an adjustment but in the long run it will be the best for him. Our kids are so involved in extracurricular activities they will see their friends plenty, they also will go to the regular High School so they can still try out for things and do the High School thing but be so ahead they can get college credits too.


Brielle is now a kindergarten graduate!! We are so proud of her and all the hard work she has put in this year. I know it was an adjustment to go to school all day and follow the rigorous course but she always had fun and never complained about homework or anything.



They put on a short program with songs and nursery rhymes, Brielle would practice singing America the Beautiful with sign language all day long!





We are going to miss Ms Smart and Mrs Hatch they were the best!


I loved Brielle's class, they were a hoot!
