Happy Birthday Brielle

Today Brielle is officially four going on thirty! :) We had her favorite breakfast waffles, and opened presents with my parents this morning. She was so excited about getting her own pink leapster so now she doesn't have to steal her brothers! She also was excited about her pink shin guards for soccer this fall. She wanted to go to the splash pad and eat cheese pizza for lunch, so TJ made some food for us and we played all afternoon. For dinner we went over to TJs parents and had a Fancy Nancy dinner. It was so cute TJs Mom made the kids table really fancy and Brielle definitely played the part. She was in heaven and so excited to have all her cousins to be fancy with! We also celebrated Nate's birthday since he was gone, thanks for sharing your celebrations and thanks for the yummy "parfait" Jena it was soooo yummy! We hope you had a great birthday weekend Nate we sure love you, thank you for being such a great Uncle and Brother, we think you are the best!

Fishing party!

Brielle had so much fun at her fishing party, thank you to all our wonderful family and friends that are family! We appreciate all your love and support! We of course had yummy pizza and all the fixings, along with fish eggs (grapes), bait (goldfish, Swedish fish) and worms (gummy, sour, and Cheetos). For dessert we had dirt cake! I totally forgot to do a bunch of games I had planned as usual, but we ended up eating worms off the hook with no hands, and of course hit the pinata! TJ fished and let Brielle reel in a tiny fish and all the kids loved it! Brielle also got some really fun presents and the funny thing is that every single person bought her gum! She is always asking for gum! :) After reading a story before bed Brielle said it was the best party ever, and that makes it all worth it! I love you Brielle, thank you for being mine! I love how no one can change your mind and though you definitely test me the most you are also the funniest! There is never a dull moment with you! I hope you always stay true to what you believe and never let anyone change your mind. Happy 4th birthday BB!

The start of Brielle's birthday weekend!

Sunday my middle child turns four, yes FOUR! Where did the time go? It seems like yesterday my little baby chatterbox was walking around with food in one hand and a phone in the other! Now she is a little lady with food in one hand and the phone in the other! :) Wednesday night Grandpa Ken and TJ took her and Hunter fishing and she was not a happy camper since they didn't catch much, I think we will have to wait another year until she goes on long fishing trips! :) Friday mornings we go to the PTA movie and today it was Space Chimps, it was a cute show and the kids love going to the movies. After the movie Grandma Kathy took Brielle on her birthday lunch and to pick out her present. She had so much fun and even got to go watch a movie at Grandma's too! She picked out for her present a few littlest pet shops, and of course gum! She also got to go to Grandpa and Grandma Wach's for her birthday sleepover! She was so tickled about all the fun events today and said "Mom, everyone wants to be with me for my birthday!" She definitely felt loved. Which makes me happy since she has the middle child syndrome. I am so happy that she has such wonderful grandparents that love her so much and spend quality time with her! Thank you, she will treasure these memories forever! Tomorrow is her birthday party and we decided our kids can start having friend parties when they are five, so until next year it's family parties (which is huge still!) This year Brielle wanted a Fancy Nancy/Fishing party. That's right! So how did I pull off this request? Saturday we are going to the fishing pond to fish and play games and Sunday we will have a Fancy Dinner at Grandma's!

Date Night!

Every summer TJ surprises me with a totally planned date night, he even calls his Mom to watch the kids! All he tells me is not to plan anything on a certain day, I usually figure it because it's usually tickets to Tuacahn but but it's still fun and really sweet! Last night we went to Texas Roadhouse and rode the motorcycle out to Tuacahn to see Footloose! It was the perfect weather for a bike ride and show! We had so much fun! The show was great and had some really good dancers! I swear I use to watch Dirty Dancing and Footloose a million times a day in the summer, I have them memorized! Thanks Monkey for the fabulous evening I had the best time as always, Love you!

Football camp

Hunter went to football camp for three days and learned so much and had a blast. There were a few friends he knew but he also met some new friends which he was excited about. That is one of the things I love about Hunter everyone he meets he becomes friends with. One day after picking him up he asked if I took his picture and I said I had, he said did you get some of me catching the ball? Yea I took a few, he said can you erase the ones of me missing the ball? I laughed he is so funny and so much fun! Can't wait for the season to start in the fall, it was pretty funny watching the scrimmage on the last day!

Father's Day

We started the morning off opening presents, TJ was excited about all the candy we got him along with some clothes and a much needed hedger. My Mom and the kids made him a Cubs blanket that he loves, it is so comfy. We ate breakfast at Fairway Grill with my parents and later that afternoon we went and saw Night at the Museum, and it was really good we all liked it. After a short rest we went to TJ's family and ate a yummy dinner and of course ate way too much. The girls were in bad moods and driving me crazy, and TJs parents house is always crazy so I didn't get any good picture of Grandpa Ken but oh well we love ya! I have to say we have the best Dad's around. TJ is an awesome Dad he is always involved in everything he can be, he always helps me and never complains, and loves them so much. My Dad is my hero, he always has and still does do everything he can for us, we all love him so much and appreciate all the time he spends with us. TJ's Dad is always supporting every little thing going on in our lives and is always up for a fishing trip. Thank you so very much for being such great examples of wonderful Dads, we love you and hope you enjoyed your day!
