9-1-FUN!!!!

We had such a great time up north visiting my parents all week. As usual I took so many pictures so I will try to post only a few.
Sunday we visited Granny Bennion she has been waiting so long to see lil Sophie. We hung out for awhile and then went down to the cemetery and Granny showed us her tombstone. We love you Granny and had so much fun seeing you and Uncle Lee and Doug we hope to see you again soon!

At the beginning of the week Hunter had a fever so we went to the zoo first so he could just sit in the stroller. My parents bought them gifts for all the places we were going that week so they got little hats and glasses for the zoo.

Tuesday we went to the Dinosaur Park, Hunter was way excited to show us around. My parents took him last summer and had a blast. My dad got some great pictures but I don't have them yet so I will post them later! We found a snake there and Brielle didn't want to let it go and during lunch we were throwing fries to the seagulls and TJ was trying to hand feed it but all the lil kids were running around so he couldn't it was funny! Then we went to the Drive In and saw The Hulk we only made it through one movie, Man we are getting old.

Wednesday we went to the Gateway to get he kids school clothes and play in the water fountain and then went to Ashlee and Josh's to have a bbq with some friends from High School. It's always great seeing everyone I wish it was more often!

Thursday was Lagoon day and we spend the entire time there and at Lagoon-a-beach! Brielle is our lil daredevil and will do anything! This is Hunter's second year of being able to ride all the rides so he was a pro but we took him on the white rollacoaster for the first time and he said he didn't like it but I think he really did! We were taking pictures at Pioneer village while the Brielle and Sophie napped and my dad had TJ go behind the ropes to get a picture in the church and the alarm went off!! We quickly left and then before leaving the park my dad asked a security officer to go up to TJ and ask if he was in Pioneer park earlier that day, he was shocked and then my dad started laughing!! It was pretty funny!

Friday we took Hunter and Brielle to Cherry Hill and my parents took Sophie with them to her offices. They loved the Pirate ship and fun water slides.

Saturday was Brielle's birthday so we rode the frontrunner to The Treehouse and then had pizza and cake before heading home to St. George!

Teenie Weenie Polka Dot Bikini

Since we will be gone for Brielle's birthday Cecilie brought over her present tonight and it was a hit! ! The funniest thing was when she gave it to her Cecilie was at our house and had to run to her house to grab the gift well, she told Brielle to hold still and she would be right back with her present. Brielle honestly didn't move a muscle and for those of you who know her know that is impossible! She immediately torn into the bag and pulled out the shiny pink swimsuit and put it on. She even had to sleep in it tonight! We caught some video of our kids shakin it with Brielle and her new bikini!! Thanks so much Ott Family we love you all so very much!

Sun up Sun down

We are headed up north Saturday night for a week and the kids are way excited they keep calling my parents with the countdown, last night it was the sun goes down and the moon come up then the sun comes up then the moon comes up and the sun goes down the sun comes up and we will be going up there! That is how they count the days so it's two more days!!! Today I am packing and getting all the laundry done and cleaning up, so the kids are running around entertaining themselves. It is nap time and I find them laying in Brielle's room and Hunter is reading her Fancy Nancy and the funny thing is they both know it by heart almost! I sat there listening to them and ran to grab my camera. My kids love to read we probably read a dozen books a day and they love to go to the library which sadly is down to once a month now with all three of them. I want to thank my dad for my love for reading that I try to pass down to my kids. He would never say no to us buying a new book, no matter what so thanks dad!

When I was in my nesting stage with Sophie I made the girls matching tutu's for Sophie's pictures, but she was so small we decided to wait until her three month pictures, well I am cleaning out closets seeing what the kids need for school and Brielle found them and won't take it off! I think im going to try and find some black and hot pink beaded necklaces and make them big matching black and hot pink bows too for the pictures. I also found some cheap pettiskirts that are so cute and hopefully Brielle's will get here by here birthday! Oh girls are so much fun!!

Father's Day

We started off the day by sleeping in and then opening presents! We got TJ a Trimmer attachment to edge the grass that he has been wanting for awhile, and some cotton candy sugar for his cotton candy machine (he is addicted to cotton candy he always gets it at walmart in the big tubs!) Then we watched the dvd I made him. I think he liked it and it turned out pretty good considering it was my first time making it! TJ wanted to try a new place called The Egg and I so we went and visited with grandpa Bentley and then headed there for brunch it was pretty good. After that we headed to the lake and then went home and he watched Jumper while the kids napped and I got ready for dinner at his parents. We had a yummy dinner that lasted so long! Usually we shove our food in and we are done but we were eating for like 45 minutes!! We had steak, shrimp (with red lobsters yummy pina colada dip) potatoes, my yummy salad, Tana's yummy rolls, and corn on the cob, not to mention a great dessert after! We had fun hanging out with the fam, and then finished the night at Grandpa Cannons. Thanks T for being such a great dad! You are so much fun to watch and I am so glad our kids have you as their daddy! I am so grateful you are so hands on with them and help me out as much as you can! We love you so very much! As Hunter always says, You are the best dad in the whole world! I also want to say that I have the best dad and dad in law in the world! Thanks for always being there for us we all love you!

Sophie's Two month Dr. Appointment

Sophie went to the Dr. and surprisingly weighs 12lbs 8oz and is almost 24 inches long!! She is getting to be a chunky Monkey and is now in the 90th percentile! We also found out she had a mild ear infection (so sad she hasn't even been acting cranky!) So today I took her to the chiropractor. Brielle started around the same age getting back to back ear infections and they were to the point they wanted to put tubes in her ears so I took her to the chiropractor once a week for a month and she hasn't had one since and she is almost three! So Sophie had her appointment and was smiling at him the whole time! He also told me if anyones ears are hurting them to suck on something like a lemon head, or put lemon juice on Sophie's Binky to get her to suck harder and that promotes drainage! Here is Sophie after her first set of shots yesterday!

Parks #3,4,5/dress up fun!

We have been to three more parks and two of them we have been to but we don't go often The Nisson Park and then the old city park. And both times I forgot to replace the batteries in my camera! I know argggggggg! The last park we went to was Royal Oaks park and it has a walking trail that was fun to explore! Hunter found a hot rock and was playing hot potato with it the entire time you can see it in his hand if you look close!
PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket
Brielle is obsessed with Dora and Fancy Nancy books, if anyone has little girls you must get these fun books (I even found her a new book and shoes for her birthday coming up!) So as you can imagine we play dress up quite a bit at our house most the time we are pirates and then princesses! And if you notice a ton of sunglasses poses they think they are really cool in their sunglasses like their dad who always wears his! Ps don't mind the non-showered look :)

The Final Game!

Hunter had his last game and he has improved so much in these eight games! He really enjoys it and can't wait to play next year. We brought Grandpa Bentley so he could watch him and Carter play their last game! He really got a kick out of it and even went to Dairy Queen after the game with us for our victory dinner and ice cream! Hunter we are so proud of you for trying something new and practicing so hard. You are such a great kid to watch, we have loved seeing you play! Keep up the good work!
